BIO

I’m Aditya Khanna. I graduated from SCMC Pune with a degree in Media (specialising in Audio-Video Communication) in 2016. I have been working as a freelance screenwriter, filmmaker, podcaster and creative producer for the past 9 years. 

In September 2025, I was selected for the Serial Eyes program based in Berlin, run by the DFFB and funded by Creative Europe MEDIA. During the program I have developed an original series and multiple others tailored to industry briefs from organisations like RTL and Real Film.

I have co-written Dice Media shows ‘Clutch’ and ‘Bae Control’ with a cumulative audience of 34 Million+ viewers. On the latter I also worked as an Associate Director and Post Production Supervisor.

My short film - ‘CowMan’ (Written & Directed) was shortlisted under ‘Short Film of The Year’ on Shorted. My latest short film 'A Happy Couple' started its festival run with 'Short To The Point' festival Romania.

I’ve also written a feature film, a web series and researched on several other projects for Director Atul Sabharwal (the projects are currently in pre-production).

I co-host The DissContent Podcast - a film and pop culture podcast with over 130 episodes.

Apart from movies and shows, I spend literally all my time reading fiction and history.
